Piston Turner Oval Turning Machine

Highchy CNC Piston Turner specially developed for turning oval or complex shapes of piston skirts.

The elliptical generator shaft is an autonomous, highly dynamic positioning system.

Thanks to the high-performance real-time control core and the extremely short controller sampling times, very fast and high-precision positioning operations can be performed with the actuators.     

The hydraulic tailstock provides high rigidity support for rigid skirt turning.

This CNC elliptical lathe uses a linear servo ellipse generator, combined with ultra-high resolution non-contact feedback system, which has the characteristics of high response frequency, high precision, and high rigidity.

Due to the use of an efficient control core and a controller with extremely short sampling time, fast and precise cutting path control can be achieved.

The programming software is written using the picture-viewing input method, so the operator does not need to spend a long time learning. The operator only needs to input the dimensions marked on the piston drawing into the computer, and the profile line and elliptical path are all processed by the computer.
